1. Overview
Surge Sports Global Soccer Challenge ("the Contest") is a free-to-play bracket prediction game for the 2026 international soccer tournament ("the Tournament"), operated by Riverloft Advisors, LLC ("the Organizer"). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Open to all participants with a valid email address. Participants under 13 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to participate. Employees of the Contest organizer are ineligible to win prizes. Family members and household members of the Contest organizer may participate but are ineligible to win prizes. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Play
Participants create an account and submit picks predicting which teams will advance through each stage of the 2026 international soccer tournament — from group stage qualifiers through the Final and Champion. Points are awarded based on correct predictions per the scoring rules on the Rules page.
4. Picks Deadline
All picks must be submitted before 2:59 PM ET on June 11, 2026. Picks lock automatically at that time. Once locked, picks cannot be modified. Late or incomplete entries are accepted at the organizer's discretion but may be ineligible for prizes.
5. Scoring
Points are awarded as follows: Group stage qualifier (1 pt), Group winner (1 pt), Wildcard qualifier (1 pt), Round of 16 (1 pt), Quarterfinal (2 pts), Semifinal (4 pts), Final (8 pts), Champion (16 pts). Maximum possible score is 124 points. The organizer reserves the right to correct scoring errors at any time.
6. Prizes
1st place: Official national team jersey (winner's choice of national team). 2nd place: Official national team scarf (winner's choice of national team). Prizes are awarded within 14 days of the Tournament ending. Winners must respond to notification within 14 days or forfeit their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Tiebreakers
In the event of a tie, tiebreakers are applied in order: (1) total goals predicted for the Tournament, closest to actual; (2) correct Leading Goal Scorer prediction; (3) at the organizer's discretion if still tied, the prize may be split or a secondary tiebreak determined.
8. Contest Integrity
One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification. Any attempt to manipulate scores, exploit technical errors, or otherwise cheat will result in immediate disqualification. The organizer's decisions regarding scoring, eligibility, and prizes are final.
9. Limitation of Liability
This Contest is provided "as is." The organizer makes no warranties regarding uptime, scoring accuracy, or continuity of the Contest. The organizer is not liable for any technical failures, data loss, or interruptions. The organizer's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the value of the prize in question.
10. Privacy
Account information (email address, display name) is used solely to operate the Contest and contact winners. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.
11. Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms, the scoring system, or the Contest structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.
